The Baron discovered as much when he was out WWOOFing in Wairarapa orchard country, where he found himself at an old-school harvest dance: part ritual, part party, all groovy. Soundtracked by 70s funk, the bountiful grove was a venue for so much shaking, shimmying and knee-sliding it triggered a GeoNet alert. As the workers boogied the olive oil flowed and yuzu and macadamia nuts rained down from their respective trees, The Baron got totally psyched for a far-out flavour combo.
