Can I change or cancel my order?
We may be able to make changes to your order, depending on what stage it is at with fulfilment. Email shopwellington@experiencewellington.org.nz as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our sites based on where the stock is held. All six of our sites: Te Whare Toi City Gallery Wellington, Te Waka Huia Wellington Museum, Cable Car Museum, Nairn Street Cottage, Te Ara Whānui ki te Rangi Space Place and Nōku te Ao Captial E are based in Wellington, New Zealand. Currently, we only provide shipping within New Zealand and Australia.
Can I use Click & Collect to pick up my order in-store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Click & Collect for online orders.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes, you are more than welcome to return your online order to one of our sites within 30 days of your order dispatch date. Please provide your order number or a proof of purchase when you return your item. Items can be returned inline with our refund policy.
How do I redeem a discount or a gift card?
Typically, all our discount promotions are automatically applied to your order at checkout.
To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card number at checkout. If the discount amount has not been taken off your total, the code has not applied correctly, or it is invalid for the item/s in your cart.
Can I return a sale item, or an item purchased with a promotional discount?
Unless specified otherwise, all sale items are ineligible for a full refund (unless deemed as faulty), and returns will only be accepted for store credit, or exchange.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Afterpay as a form of payment.
