This quirky treat is made with chocolate caramel confectionery and then freeze dried in Tasmania Australia.

This is not actually freeze dried dinosaur poo. We really wanted to introduce you to the world of coprolites which are fossilised poo. Coprolites tell paleontologists a lot about the animal including their diet which informs researchers on whether the animal was a carnivore or a plant eater.

 

  • Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, milk solids, vegetable fat, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, salt, flavours, raising agents 500 and 509, emulsifiers.
